PRESS & INDUSTRY REGISTRATION » FALL 2010 » NEW YORK

BE ADVISED: REGISTRATION FOR, AND INCLUSION IN, THE MERCEDES-BENZ FASHION WEEK IN NEW YORK FALL 2010 COLLECTIONS PRESS AND INDUSTRY LIST DOES NOT GUARANTEE ACCESS TO SHOWS. DESIGNERS USE THE LIST AS A RESOURCE FOR THEIR INVITATION AND GUEST LISTS. IMG FASHION DOES NOT ISSUE TICKETS OR INVITATIONS TO SHOWS. INVITATIONS ARE SENT DIRECTLY BY EACH DESIGNERS’ PUBLIC RELATIONS REPRESENTATIVE. THESE PUBLIC RELATIONS FIRMS ARE ISSUED ALL INFORMATION ENTERED IN OUR REGISTRATION SYSTEM FOR THEIR USE.

Inclusion in the Press and Industry lists circulated to designers, as well as application fees, will be determined on the following timetable:

December 7, 2009	Registration opens	$65 fee per individual
January 15, 2010 (noon)	Deadline for early registration and the Press Book
January 15, 2010 (12:01 PM)	Late registration opens	$90 fee per individual
February 2, 2010 (midnight)	Deadline for late registration and inclusion in the addendum Press and Industry List
February 5, 2010 * (noon)	Registration closes online
*Registrations received after February 2, 2010 WILL NOT BE CIRCULATED TO DESIGNERS. Approved registrants will receive copies of the official Designer Contact List and will be able to apply directly to designers for show invitations. All registrations are Non-Refundable.

Instructions:

If you are a freelancer you will need to send us tear sheets and a resume along with a letter of verification, on company letterhead, from the affiliation you are representing. IMG Fashion will not accept applications from freelancers without these materials.

If you are applying for accreditation for the first time, please be sure to include as much information as you can about your affiliation within your application via an internet site and weblinks. If you do not have these materials on the web you will need to mail us two copies of the publication, DVDs, company profile, press kit, etc. to the address below.
